Who is responsible
EasyIncome Opportunities (easyincomeopportunities.com) is run by Ben, based in the European Union. That makes the EU General Data Protection Regulation apply to this site, wherever you are reading from. You can reach the site owner through LinkedIn.
What we collect
If you leave a comment
The name and email address you type into the comment form are stored, together with your IP address and browser information, which the site software records to help detect spam. Your comment and the name you chose are shown publicly. Your email address is not.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
Everything else
We do not run analytics, we do not use advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. There is no newsletter and no account to create.
Affiliate links and cookies
Some articles contain affiliate links. When you click one, you leave this site and the merchant or affiliate network — currently ClickBank — may place a cookie in your browser so that a purchase can be credited to us. That processing happens on their side, under their privacy policy, not ours. If you do not click an affiliate link, no such cookie is set.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. In practice, on this site that means comment data. Send the request through LinkedIn and it will be handled.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
How long data is kept
Comments and their metadata are kept so that follow-up replies stay readable in context. Ask for a comment to be removed and it will be removed. Server logs are kept for as long as the hosting provider retains them.
Changes to this policy
If tracking, analytics or advertising is ever added to this site, this page is updated before that happens, and the date at the top will tell you when it last changed.
